Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof. A. Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations are booked less than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full as soon as possible. B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the rental date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE IN LESS THAN NINETY (90) DAYS FROM DATE ARRIVAL SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
